DevMeter Service Restore ETA: April 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM UTC

We want to share a clearer expectation for when DevMeter service should return.

Because the outage was caused by hitting our Neon database compute hour limit, service is expected to recover when that usage window resets.

Expected Restore Time

Our current expectation is:

  • **April 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM UTC**
  • **April 1, 2026 at 5:00 AM PKT** for users in Pakistan
  • This means the expected recovery window is still on **April 1, 2026** for users in Pakistan, just later in the morning because the reset is based on **UTC time**.

    Why The Date Looks Different

This is the part that can feel confusing:

  • Pakistan time is **UTC+5**
  • A reset that happens at **12:00 AM UTC** will happen at **5:00 AM PKT**
  • So the expected recovery time is **April 1, 2026 in Pakistan**, not a different calendar day
  • Important Note

This is our **expected** restore window based on the Neon compute limit reset timing. We are using **April 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM UTC / 5:00 AM PKT** as the target restore window. If recovery takes a little longer after the reset, we will share another update as soon as service is fully stable again.

    What Happens Next

Once the reset is available, we will:

  • Bring database-backed features back online
  • Verify heartbeat ingestion is working again
  • Confirm dashboard stats are loading normally
  • Continue monitoring the service for stability
  • Thank you for your patience while we work through this.
